Each device is registered to a room before it leaves us: Room 203's device only ever shows Room 203. No codes to type, no setup screens.
Plug into the TV's HDMI port
Power and network, and the welcome screen appears. Housekeeping or maintenance can do it in a couple of minutes per room.
Guests are greeted automatically
Your property management system tells us who is arriving. Names appear at check-in and clear at check-out, without anyone typing anything.

The devices
Android TV devices, supplied and owned by us. If one fails, we replace it — no purchase, no depreciation, no warranty claims for you.
Per-room screens
Each room's TV greets its own guest by name, with their stay dates. Suites with several TVs all show the same guest.
PMS sync
Connect Mews and reservations flow through automatically: arrivals, room moves, early check-outs and cancellations, updating within seconds. Cloudbeds, Opera, Hostaway and Guesty are on the way.
Automatic check-out
At check-out the guest's name disappears and their streaming sign-ins are cleared, so the next guest never sees the last one's account.
Streaming apps
Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video and Disney+ are right on the welcome screen, so guests can sign in with their own accounts.
